Dilemma created by Old Bear: Why do I have to go back to email Classic to access “Help” and “Contact Us”?
I have to switch back to Yahoo mail classic if I want to access the “Help” or “Contact Us” feature in my “All New Yahoo Mail” account – paid version. This is very frustrating. Anyone know why this might be happening”
When I click on either option, nothing happens. The other options do work.

Yahoo is having some problems from the upgrading they did and it is affecting people in different ways.
